Regenesis Team

The Regenesis process by the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention is a church revitalization initiative aimed at helping churches in decline. It includes an eight-month cohort program with regional churches, one-day intensive events, and personalized coaching. The program offers a structured pathway to develop a three-year revitalization plan, including resources, mentorship, and support for churches needing a restart. The initiative also facilitates partnerships between healthy and struggling churches for mutual growth and renewal.
